- We appreciate it if you can include photos supporting your complaint. This helps us get a clearer picture of the issue and expedites the complaint handling process.
- If you have found a foreign object, it is imperative that you keep both the object and the packaging intact until you have been in contact with us. If you have discarded the packaging and the object for any reason, we regret that we will not be able to process your complaint further.
