Taste and quality have always been in focus, which has created a loyal customer group of sausage lovers throughout Sweden. The company is now launching a series of smoked sausages for the first time ever.
“This is a big step for us. After 12 years on the Swedish market, we are ready to launch smoked sausages. We don’t leave anything to chance; quality, craftsmanship, and excellent taste must take their time,” says Gareth Jones, co-founder of Taylors & Jones.
There is a big demand for sausages in Sweden. In Food & Friends’ Food Report 2019 “Sausages with Accompaniments” came in at number 8 on the top list of Swedish people’s everyday dishes. Among families with children, “Sausages with accompaniments” came in at number 6 of the most popular everyday dishes according to the survey.
“Hot dogs by all means, but the fact is that good sausages of high quality can be used for so much more! Both our fresh sausages and our new smoked sausages can have endless variations. You can use sausages for virtually anything, regardless of the cuisine or the meal,” Gareth Jones continues.
